In addition to listening to music in adolescence Welch sang in the groups 'Toxic Cockroaches' and 'Ashok'. However, feeling that she is 'not in the group', Florence broke a contract with 'Ashok'. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coming soon will be released CD, the title track is performed by Welch - an album by David Byrne and 'Fatboy Slim' entitled 'Here Lies Love'. The release of this album is scheduled for February 23, 2010. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;From the words of Welch: "The name 'Florence and the Machine' at first intended simply as a joke, which was later spun out of control. My friend and I just made music. Her friends had a nickname Isabella machine, and I Robot Florence. After the first concert I still could not come up with a decent name, so I thought: 'Well, we called Florence Robot-Machine', though it is very long name drove me crazy. " But in 2006 a small London club held a concert under the command Welch 'very long name. " &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In part, entitled 'The Machine' is included several musicians, among whom was previously and Devont Hince. Currently, a number of 'machines' are Robert Aykroyd (guitar), Christopher Lloyd Hayden (drums), Isabella Summers (the same 'Isabella Machine') (keyboards) and Tom Monger (harp). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All organizational matters, a relatively new group is engaged in Mayrid Nash. Mayrid decided to become a manager 'Florence and the Machine' after one day in one of his clubs tipsy Welch dragged him into the bathroom and began to sing him a song Etta James. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;July 6, 2009 in the UK 'Florence and the Machine' released their debut album 'Lungs'. Official presentation of the disc was held in 'Rivoli Ballroom', in south-east London. In the UK album charts the second position, and in the European charts - Thirteenth. Group interested in New Zealand, where, according to the vote of music fans, the disc was rated 'three and a half stars'. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Producers of the album are James Ford and Paul Epworth. Most of the material that has entered the track listing for the CD, was the reaction of Florence at its temporary break with the guy.
